General Information

We are located in Pepin, Wisconsin, along the Great River Road.

Our Sala Grande (Great Hall) can accommodate over 300 people.

The renter will have use of the spaces for their guests for up to 6 hours of event time with the rental of the Event Center. One additional hour of event time is included with the rental of the Vineyard Pavilion, for a total of 7 hours of event time. Vineyard Pavilion Ceremonies must start at 5pm or later. The Bridal Apartment will be available for use by the wedding party starting at 11:00am. The Great Hall will be available for prep time prior to your event at 12:00 pm. The Reception Hall will be available for prep at 12:00 pm. One (1) hour clean-up after your event is included for your wedding caterer, your photographer and other vendors. If you exceed your time limit, the event coordinator will consult with you, and you will be charged a flat rate of $500 per hour. Guests will be given thirty minutes for departure before an additional fee is incurred. All events must come to a close by 12:00 am with the bar closing at 11:30 pm and the music ending at 11:45 pm. All persons, vendors, personal items and décor must be out of the event spaces by 1:00 am.

Our Vineyard Pavilion is a covered outdoor space, providing protection from rain for ceremonies. For receptions, we have indoor spaces like the Great Hall available.

Yes, we offer private virtual tours year-round. However, an in-person tour is much preferred, so you can capture the energy and essence of the venue.

Venue & Vendors

Villa Bellezza provides all alcohol and bar services to our wedding guests. Our Liquor License prohibits any off-site alcohol from being brought onto our premises.

All musical entertainment services, whether a Disc Jockey or a band, hold the responsibility for extension cords, gaffer tape (duct tape is not allowed on any surface or flooring), stages, umbrellas, etc. DJ or live music is allowed outside at the ceremony site, during your ceremony and on the foyer terrace, during your wine reception only. Amplified music is permitted in The Great Hall and The Reception Hall only. Music must end 15 minutes before the contracted closing time. Fog/smoke/cold spark and bubble machines are not allowed in any event space. The dance floor will be rented from Villa Bellezza at an additional charge. The band or DJ have an hour after guest time to load out.

Decorating by florists, caterers and wedding planners may be arranged with our event coordinator. All decoration arrangements from flowers to balloons, etc. must be approved through our event coordinator. No glitter, confetti, tape, glue or nails may be used when decorating. No stakes or turf staples are allowed without prior approval by event coordinators. Café lighting or floral installations must be hung by a licensed and insured vendor. No unprotected flames are permitted, for the safety of guests and for insurance requirements. Flames must be contained in a vessel and the top of the flame must be at least a half inch below the top of the vessel. All floral arrangements must be created off site, no flowers are allowed in the kitchen or in the refrigerators. All personal items, decorations and any remaining flowers must be removed from property at the close of your event at 1:00am.

We offer “Outdoor Intimate Weddings” for up to 40 guests on Sundays through Thursdays from May through October.

You get the best of both worlds with Villa Bellezza. A beautiful outdoor ceremony space that is covered, so even rain won’t mess with your plans. Everything is so grand and beautiful, all you need is a few flowers and the space is complete. The experienced staff walks you through all the details so your day goes smoothly and the wine choices are both reasonably priced and delicious. The only thing to think about with this venue is transportation for your guests. You will have to book a shuttle service to get them from their hotel to the venue and then back to their hotel at the end of the night.
